Process Engineer (all genders)

To reinforce our Engineering team in Bicske, we are seeking a Process Engineer (all genders).

The position is based in Europe (Bicske, Hungary) with occasional business travel

Headquartered in Unterhaching near Munich, we also own and operate a plant in Bicske, Hungary, and maintain sales offices around the world. Our global team of 900 people welcomes you to Vincotech, a Mitsubishi Electric Corporation company.

Your skills are in demand. We need you to:

• Set up, roll out and evolve manufacturing processes
• Boost productivity and pinpoint opportunities to automate tasks in crucial areas
• Work with detailed specifications and choose the best concepts to implement new and improved processes
• Identify and verify critical process controls and preventive measures using 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, and SWOT techniques
• Define areas to improve quality and coordinate changes with actual costs, yield, failure rates and KPIs in mind
• Select machine suppliers and calculate return on investment
• Drive efforts to implement approved and launched projects
• Draft and actualize work instructions and teach technical regulations
• Prepare and update production-related documentation in line with the supplier manual, internal guidelines and applicable standards

Your credentials are persuasive. You have:

• A BSc or MSc in mechatronics or electrical, mechanical or automation engineering
• Three to five years’ experience in a similar position
• A solid technical background in wire bonding, automation and robotics, AOI systems, dispensing technologies, PLCs and sensors
• Fluent spoken and written English skills and a firm grasp of technical language
• A creative, inquisitive outlook paired with a systematic approach to problem solving
• A collaborative mindset and an affinity for working in cross-functional teams
