To make the best out of your work, we need you to:

• Partner with managers to design and deploy HR practices to drive business growth
• Carry out change initiatives to enable adoption of new processes and technologies
• Coach managers on employee development
• Consult on employee relations, compensation, coaching, feedback, and organizational development
• Continually improve recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, employer branding, and Learning & Development programs
• Help HR strengthen company culture and engagement for employees to thrive and attain business excellence
• Analyze HR data (compensation, job levels, attrition) to inform decisions and deliver proactive solutions
• Partner with Learning & Development to deliver impactful training and career mobility programs
• Team up with HR Controlling to support business planning, coordinate annual salary reviews, and handle off-cycle salary adjustments
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks

You are a good fit if you have: 

• A university degree in economics, psychology, law, or the like
• 4 to 5 years in HR business partnering
• HR experience in the manufacturing sector
• Advanced English proficiency
