To make the best out of your work, we need you to:
- Design and run HR controlling processes, including workforce cost analysis and productivity metrics
- Measure, monitor, and continuously improve HR performance indicators across the organization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR analytics reports for management
- Support strategic HR and business initiatives with analysis-based insights
- Design, implement, and continuously refine the company’s compensation and benefits strategy in line with market practices and business goals
- Maintain and further develop the salary structure, grading system, and job evaluation frameworks
- Guide salary review cycles and merit increase frameworks
You are a good fit if you have:
- Fluent English skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- A data-driven mindset and curiosity for analytical work
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR controlling, compensation & benefits, or finance/business controlling with HR exposure
