Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and continuously improve maintenance programs based on TPM methodologies to maximize equipment reliability and availability
Support equipment troubleshooting and resolve complex technical failures across the assigned production area
Analyze maintenance KPIs, define improvement actions, and drive their implementation
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and optimize preventive maintenance strategies to improve operational performance
Coordinate TPM implementation and continuous improvement activities within the assigned production areas
Organize and lead initial cleaning activities in line with TPM principles
Develop, review, and update maintenance training materials while supporting technical knowledge transfer
Manage spare parts data and TPM warehouse inventory in close cooperation with the TPM team leader to ensure effective maintenance support
Qualification:
A BSc or MSc in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering
Three to five years’ experience in a similar position (recent graduates and entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply)
A proactive and self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic mindset
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
A structured, detail-oriented approach to work with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
Fluency in written and spoken English and a firm grasp of technical language
