Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and continuously improve maintenance programs based on TPM methodologies to maximize equipment reliability and availability

  • Support equipment troubleshooting and resolve complex technical failures across the assigned production area

  • Analyze maintenance KPIs, define improvement actions, and drive their implementation

  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and optimize preventive maintenance strategies to improve operational performance

  • Coordinate TPM implementation and continuous improvement activities within the assigned production areas

  • Organize and lead initial cleaning activities in line with TPM principles

  • Develop, review, and update maintenance training materials while supporting technical knowledge transfer

  • Manage spare parts data and TPM warehouse inventory in close cooperation with the TPM team leader to ensure effective maintenance support

Qualification:

  • A BSc or MSc in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering

  • Three to five years’ experience in a similar position (recent graduates and entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply)

  • A proactive and self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic mindset

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment

  • A structured, detail-oriented approach to work with a willingness to learn and continuously improve

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and a firm grasp of technical language
