Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the IT Infrastructure team and support daily infrastructure operations
Provide hands-on technical guidance across servers, virtualization, networks, identity, endpoints, backup and monitoring
Ensure reliable, secure and customer-focused IT infrastructure services
Define and improve practical IT standards, processes, documentation and maintenance routines
Support complex technical issues, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and major incidents
Coordinate service desk activities and ensure professional, customer-focused IT support
Drive improvements through standardization, automation, simplification and infrastructure modernization
Work closely with IT, Production, Engineering, Quality and other business functions, as well as external service providers
Consider IT security, risk, compliance and operational requirements in infrastructure decisions
Qualification:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar technical field
At least 7-10 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience, including several years in a senior or lead technical role
Strong practical knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as VMware, Windows/Linux, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, backup and monitoring
Experience in coordinating an IT infrastructure, service desk or service delivery team
Hands-on, structured and pragmatic approach to solving technical problems
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Good understanding of IT security, risk and compliance requirements
Fluent spoken and written English skills
