To make the best out of your work, we need you to:
- Be the trusted, knowledgeable technical partner of Vincotech‘s power semiconductor suppliers across all
levels, as well as of internal stakeholders and customers - Take the lead to define and execute the chip technology roadmap, monitoring suppliers’ developments to anticipate market and technological trends
- Manage and coordinate technical discussions in cross-functional teams
- Create sales tools, promotional material, and conduct technical workshops
- Coordinate custom product developments, support design-in activities, and respond to business and technical inquiries
You are a good fit, if you have:
- Earned a degree in electrical engineering or physics with a focus on power electronics, semiconductors, or the
like, and several years’ experience in technical marketing and/or power semiconductor development - In-depth knowledge of power semiconductors, including manufacturing, use cases in power electronics, commercial and technical trade-offs
- The capacity to align technical capabilities with business requirements and map out strategies and action plans to achieve these aims
- Project management skills and proven experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluent command of spoken and written English and a talent for making the most of your strong communication skills when interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in a multicultural environment
- The ability to excel both as an independent self-starter and a team player, as well as a gift for remaining calm and focused in high-pressure situations
