flowRPI 1 - 650 V / 15 - 75 A / 1.5 - 7 kW  Designed for welding, charger and SMPS applications, the new flowRPI 1 family combines a rectifier, a dual PFC and an inverter into a single module, which enables you to save design-in time and cost. These modules combine a rectifier with highly efficient low-voltage drop diodes with a dual PFC featuring two-legged, ultrafast 650 V IGBTs and diodes, integrated current sense diodes and integrated capacitors. Rated for 120 to 220 V, the PFC provides enhanced current capability with its exceptionally wide input voltage range. The flowRPI 1 family also features an inverter with H-bridge open emitter topology. Integrated capacitors are optional.
