New IGBT-based Inverter Modules

Vincotech's Neutral Point Clamped inverters (NPC) have been extended by some new NPC modules. The NPC modules, designed exclusively with IGBTs, cover a current range from 30A to 75A in a flow 0 housing.

The new NPC modules are dedicated for economical UPS and solar application. The NPC topology is suitable for 1200V application, but implements the benefit and cost of 600V components.

With IGBT3 and Emitter Controlled Diodes 3 these new types high performance modules with a superior price-performance ratio.

The new extremely economical NPC inverter modules, designed exclusively with IGBTs, complete our existing NPC modules portfolio of high efficiency modules. So far, the NPC module portfolio was based on a IGBTs + MOSFETs combination.

The new NPC modules are available in flow 0, flow 1, and flow 2 housing. Samples of these modules are available and they are already in serial status.
