flowPHASE 0 2nd Generation - The New Compact Half Bridge Power Modules Ranging up to 1200V/150A and 600V/200A
Vincotech Extends its baseplate-less half bridge module offering with the P99x product family
Vincotech is introducing a new family of half bridge modules ranging from 50 to 150A and 75 to 200A for 1200 and 600V, respectively. With these power modules, you can make your design more compact, select the optimum chipset from a wide range of readily available components, and still use the same PCB.
flowPHASE 0 2nd gen power modules feature a remarkably compact footprint with optimized power flows, enabling low-inductance designs with best-in-class EMI performance. This flow 0 half bridge family consists of ten different bases available in housings 12 and 17 mm in height with standard or AlN DCB for improved thermal resistance. A choice of solder or Press-fit pins is available for cost-effective assembly.
flowPHASE 0 2nd gen is optionally available with pre-applied thermal interface material. This highly conductive, 3.4 W/mK material simplifies assembly and further improves thermal impedance.
