flowCON 0 2nd gen: New Rectifier Module with Brake Chopper offers latest Chip Technology

Vincotech is pleased to announce the extension of its flowCON 0  based 3 phase rectifier modules with integrated brake chopper with the latest chip generation. The new flowCON 0 2^nd generation is equipped with 1600 V 65 A rectifier diodes supporting RMS currents of up to 100 A.

The brake chopper is provided with a 1200 V 50 A  IGBT and antiparallel protection diode.  The modules power flow enables an optimized PCB layout and the new 2-clip housing makes assembly easier and provides more space on the PCB.

Power Flow:

These flowCON 0 2^nd generation power modules are also available with pre-applied thermal interface material with a high thermal conductivity of 3.4  K/W for an easy assembly process and further improved thermal impedance.
