New Power Modules for Solar Inverters Vincotech is pleased to announce the release of five new products, specifically designed for the solar inverter market.
The chip technologies used in the solar modules, which include SiC, CoolMOSTM and IGBT3, are combined to achieve an efficiency of >98% at 3kW nominal power.
The topologies satisfy single 600V and three level 1200V system topologies for a Pnom of 3kW per phase. The modules are all housed in the compact flow0 package.
