Vincotech expands its MiniSKiiP® PACK power modules range with IGBT4 versions covering 8 A to 150 A for 1200 V in three different housings. The Vincotech MiniSKiiP® PACK power modules are an excellent first choice for your application or a perfect second source to Semikron’s product range.
The new MiniSKiiP® PACK power modules utilize the latest IGBT4 chip technology from Infineon for improved EMC behaviour. These new power modules are offered in three different sizes targeting motor drive applications up to 40 kW.

These MiniSKiiP® PACK power modules provide a 3-phase output inverter (SixPack topology) and an additional thermistor for temperature measurement. Vincotech offers all its MiniSKiiP® PACK products on request with pre-applied thermal grease for easy use and a perfect junction to the heat sink and in two different heights.
The Vincotech MiniSKiiP® PACK power modules are pin-compatible to the previous versions of power modules providing a quick upgrade possibility. They are fully compatible with their equivalent out of the Semikron portfolio. The cross reference is shown below.
