New MiniSKiiP^® 0 PIM Modules Family

Vincotech has extended its range of second-source-compatible MiniSKiiP^® PIM modules with a new family in a smaller size housing covering 6A to 10A for 600 V with IGBT3 and 8 A for 1200 V with IGBT4.
 
The new MiniSKiiP^® 0 PIM modules leverage the latest chip technology from Infineon to improve EMC behavior. These new modules target motor drive applications up to 2 kW.

Possible Versions:

• MiniSKiiP^® 0 PIM IGBT3 - (34 x 31 mm²)
  covering 6 A  to 10 A  with 600 V
   
• MiniSKiiP^® 0 PIM IGBT4 - (34 x 31 mm²)
  covering 8 A with 1200 V

All modules provide a 3-phase input rectifier, 3-phase output inverter, and additional thermistor for temperature measurement (PIM topology). The 600 V versions are optionally available with a 2-leg rectifier.
On demand, Vincotech can provide all MiniSKiiP^® modules with pre-applied thermal grease for even easier, more convenient assembly. Pins are compatible with those of the previous version for easy upgrading.

The modules are fully compatible with their Semikron equivalents. You will find the cross-reference below. The modules are in serial production; samples may be ordered via the standard sales channels.
