3xflowMNPC 4w - Highly Efficient Solution
for 3-Phase Solar Inverters up to 250 kW

Vincotech is pleased to announce the release of new 3xflowMNPC 4w power module, specifically designed for 3-phase solar inverter applications. 

Based on Vincotech's low inductive technology using the mixed voltage neutral point clamped (MNPC) topology, this new power module generates a maximum efficiency for higher switching frequencies. The 3xflowMNPC 4w provides an increased power rating in the new wide body housing.
