Student Program - Students about Vincotech

I had started out at Vincotech Hungary Ltd. as a student intern before earning my degree. From the beginning, my experience and observations told me that this was an unusual company. The people there were very open, treating me as an equal and a colleague even though I was a student.

After I had devoted four months towards my degree, the head of process engineering asked me if I wanted stay on in the summer and until the end of my studies. This was an excellent opportunity for me, especially considering the plans I had for my final thesis. This gave me the chance to put the ideas of my thesis to the test in an actual manufacturing environment.

At the same time, I learned all about production requirements and gained experience using and maintaining equipment.

I spent a year with the company as a student, serving as a process technician. After earning my degree, I was given the opportunity to stay on as a full-time process engineer.

I don’t think I could find a better company than this; my plans have been fully realized.
