New flowSOL 1 Family with Universal Power Modules for Transformer-less 1~ Solar Inverter Applications

New power modules for transformer-less 600 V / 650 V solar applications 

Vincotech has extended its offering of power modules to meet the demands of 1~solar applications. As a part of the flowSOL 1 family, these new modules for transformer-less solar applications feature a dual booster input with bypass diode and either an IGBT or an MOSFET inverter in pseudo H-bridge configuration. The modules are packaged in the flow 1 12mm housing.

Engineered especially for transformer-less 600 V / 650 V solar applications, the new flowSOL 1 BI (TL) modules provide full reactive power capability.
