Extension of flowSOL 0 Family for Single-Phase Solar Inverter Applications
New power modules for transformerless 600V solar applications
Vincotech has extended its offering of power modules to meet the demands of single-phase solar applications. Part of the flowSOL 0 family, these new modules feature a booster and inverter (H-bridge) in the same flow0 12mm housing.
Engineered especially for transformer-less 600V solar applications, the new flowSOL 0 modules leverage the latest Infineon CoolMOSTM C6 technology and SiC diodes to deliver superior performance and satisfy very high demands for efficiency.
