flowBOOST 0 - a New Family of Dual and Symmetric Boosters

flowBOOST 0 power modules - excellent performance for 1200 V applications 

Different applications demand different power modules, and each has a specific set of requirements. Some applications demand bypass diodes. Others such as solar applications require low switching loss, while UPS products necessitate high overload current capability.

With the new booster familiy - flowBOOST 0 - Vincotech can meet the needs of your application with dual and symmetric boosters equipped with MOSFET or IGBT switches.

All power modules have an NTC (thermistor) for temperature measurement included. The below shown boosters are the ideal companion products for our wide range of NPC modules providing superior performance in solar and UPS applications.

All flowBOOST modules come in flow 0 housings with a dimension of 66,2mm x 31,5mm in 12mm height.
The dual boosters are also available as Press-fit version.
The whole power module family is in serial production and samples can be ordered via the standard sales channels.

• Economic booster with IGBT up to 75A for UPS and solar inverter
• High efficiency version with MOSFET, SiC- and bypass diodes

 Both topologies are the ideal combination with Vincotech's three level inverter (NPC) in flow 0.
