New Module for High Efficient Galvanic isolated solar inverter – fastPACK 0 H

Vincotech's latest release - fastPACK 0 H - is a power module specifically designed for highly efficient galvanic isolated solar inverters. This power module is an extremly economical solution based on the unique 900V CoolMOS^TM technology, which provides high blocking voltage plus superior conduction and switching performance. 

Featuring maximum design freedom as well as highest efficiency, the fastPACK 0 H is the ideal solution for solar inverter applications.

• H bridge for primary side of high frequency transformer
• 900V 120mΩ CoolMOS^TM C3 MOSFET
• Kelvin emitter for high switching performance
• Low-inductive pin out
• Temperature sensor (NTC) included

• Optional Press-fit or pre-applied thermal interface material (Phase Change Material)
