New Members in Highly Efficient 3xflowMNPC 4w - Product Family for 3-Phase Solar Inverters up to 250 kW

Vincotech is pleased to announce the release of two new members 3xflowMNPC 4w power module product family, specifically designed for 3-phase solar inverter applications ranging from 100 kW to 250 kW. 

Based on Vincotech's low inductive technology using the mixed voltage neutral point clamped (MNPC) topology, this power module family generates a maximum efficiency for higher switching frequencies. The 3xflowMNPC 4w family provides an increased power rating in the new wide body housing.
